SPECIAL NOTICE.... Due to the conversion (weekly to semi), effective 09/01/09 Student Employment Services (SES) requires 8 business days to process ISR forms, not including the cutoff date to SES itself. Should this number of days not be necessary for a particular pay date, we will automatically begin processing late documents. However, we can NEVER guarantee that an ISR submitted to us after our posted cutoff date will be approved. Should a change to our cutoff schedule be necessary, we will make every attempt to send an email notification to all "registered" payroll contacts. If you are not currently registered with SES click here to register. We advise everyone to periodially review our web site for changes.
Timesheets
It is the responsibility of the hiring department to collect student time sheets (days/hours worked) and to record/submit these hours into CATS on a regular basis. Employers, please be sure to let your students know which day/time you expect them to submit their timesheets to you. Remember, all students will be paid semi-monthly effective Sep 1, 2009.
